The ability to write well is an essential element of every English curriculum.  However, the ability to be able to write creatively is a skill that can bring much pleasure to the writer.  At Stella Maris School we teach our children to be enthusiastic and adventurous creative writers and to enjoy the journey a good story can take its readers on.  Children enjoy their story writing lessons and the progress they make within this area is very noticeable in the stories they produce.
