At Stella Maris School our children learn about the importance of helping others.  At various times in the school year the children commit to raising money for local charities and have some fun in the process.  Today the children have come to school in their own clothes and for this privilege they are making a donation from their own pocket money to help the Together Trust, who provides assistance for children with diverse needs.  Our School Council decided on this venture, helped by Lottie from the charity who delivered a very interesting and informative assembly on the work of the Together Trust.  The children also wore odd socks to show that we are all different and that being different is good.
